Questions about the fizz?- 01
Start with the sparkle
A colourful, alcohol-free sparkling drink sets the scene. Grab a clear glass so you can see the whole transformation.
- 02
Give it a squeeze
Add lemon and watch the colour shift towards pink. The citrus changes the acidity — that’s the trick behind the twist.

Cheers to the flip
Take a sip, pass the lemon and let someone else have a go. Filming it? Get your camera ready before the squeeze.
